Q. I have forgetten my username and/or password, how do I retrieve it?

A. Click on the link provided on the Agents Accreditation home page and fill in your email address. Your user name and password will be sent to you.

Q. I can not find the answer to the question in the Q&A within the Agents Area, where do I look?

A. To get 100% in the Q&A you will need to review the Blue Lagoon website and the Blue Lagoon Cruises brochure.

Q. I have pressed the Complete Module button on the bottom of the Q&A before completing all of the questions and did not press the Save button first - what do I do?

A. I am sorry, you will have to start the Q&A for that module again! This time press the Save button before pressing the Complete Module button in case you have not answered all of the questions.

Q. How long will it take to get my certificate?

A. Please allow six to eight weeks for us to generate and post the certificate to you.
