4 Day / 3 Night Cruise
The cruise takes in the majestic southern Yasawa Islands with time spent at the strikingly beautiful Modriki and Sacred Islands. It’s not just nature that will have you captivated on this cruise; you’ll get to know and love Fijian culture!
To ensure you have the best possible cruise experience, we use 'flexible cruising'. What this means is that we're prepared to alter our itineraries, for weather-related reasons or when an exciting opportunity arises. For example, if there is some special event taking place in a local Yasawa Village, which you really should see, then we will alter our cruise route to take you there. Or, if we think that our destined anchorage for the night is not going to be as sheltered as a bay on the other side of the island, we'll up-anchor and move. However, we'll always endeavour to ensure all of the highlights of each cruise are enjoyed by our guests.
Please check in at Port Denarau. Upon arrival, you will be directed to Blue Lagoon Cruises check-in counter.
Check-in is open from 1.30 pm until 2.30 pm.
Departs Port Denarau every Friday at 3.00 pm on M.V. Fiji Princess.
Returns to Port Denarau every Monday at 3.00 pm on a South Sea Cruises vessel.
Transfers are also available from Mamanuca Island Resorts to M.V. Fiji Princess.
Bula and welcome aboard Blue Lagoon Cruises. Set sail on the Fiji Princess from Port Denarau for the outer Mamanuca, starting at the sandy beaches of Modriki Island, as featured in the Tom Hanks film Cast Away. Enjoy a complimentary glass of sparkling wine and canapés prior to tonight’s Captain’s Welcome à la carte dinner. Your evening will include entertainment provided by our friendly and talented singing and guitar-playing crew.
INCLUDED ACTIVITIES
After breakfast, take the plunge and swim with reef sharks (weather permitting) at an ocean reef, a truly unforgettable experience. Then after lunch, don your sulu and visit the chiefly village of Soso for a guided tour of traditional life on an island in Fiji. Dinner is a traditional Indian Thali buffet meal, with Bollywood dancing to follow.
INCLUDED ACTIVITIES
Sunday is a day of rest for most Fijians. Join us for the local village church service, followed by morning tea on shore. Over lunch, we will sail to Naviti Island for an afternoon at the beach. After pre-dinner drinks on the Sun Deck, enjoy a South Pacific themed buffet dinner followed by a round of ‘Fiji style’ bingo with your fellow cruise companions.
INCLUDED ACTIVITIES
Start the day with an early morning snorkel, swim, or kayak trip, then breakfast while cruising to the stunning Sacred Isles for your last stop. Enjoy your lunch on board while overlooking paradise before preparing for your final departure. After lunch, we will make a farewell rendezvous with our high-speed catamaran for your private transfer back to Port Denarau.
