TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PAYMENT: A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking upon which time you are accepting our terms and conditions for this unique offer. The final balance is due at least 60 days prior to your cruise departure.

DISCOUNT: A 20% discount applies to the annual Hibiscus Deck cruise fares for our 3, 4, and 7-night cruises and this special offer also includes a free cabin upgrade from Hibiscus to Orchid Cabin (subject to availability) and a free Moments at Malamala package per passenger. Discount applies to twin / double share cruise fares only.  No further discount applies for Single/Child fares. Applicable to new bookings only and subject to availability.  All pricing displayed on the flyer/website already includes the discount & upgrade.

TRAVEL PERIOD:  Bookings are valid for travel on select dates as shown above.

NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING? Guests making a new booking with Blue Lagoon Cruises will be able to change their cruise departure date / postpone their cruise without incurring any amendment fees regardless of the fare type being booked as long as the new cruise date is for the same or longer duration and the same or higher cabin grade and within the same fare rules. Reduction in cruise duration and /or cabin grade may be treated as a cancellation and new booking - please contact the Blue Lagoon Cruises reservations team for more information. 

a)       Once dates are selected you can make unlimited changes to the date of travel and one (1) change to the guest's name(s), provided the changes are made with Blue Lagoon Cruises prior to 60 days before travel.

b)       Any change of date or changes to a guest name(s) are subject to confirmation and must be made in writing to cruisecentre@bluelagooncruises.com quoting the original booking reference and guest name(s) provided at the time of booking.

BOOK WITH CONFIDENCE & PEACE OF MIND GUARANTEE: We have made a successful return to cruising since December 2021 and our onboard protocols meet the CareFiji Commitment Government requirements. Nevertheless, if any new health directions from any government authority occur

• affecting your ability to travel to join the ship for your booked departure and you inform us of this development or
• renders Blue Lagoon Cruises unable to operate our voyage and we inform you of this development

Then we will provide you with a 100% ‘cruise credit’ to the full amount of the net fare received by Blue Lagoon Cruises which you can apply to a subsequent departure of your choice and date. This cruise credit has a two-year expiry date from the original cruise departure date and can be used on any future voyage with Blue Lagoon Cruises (subject to availability).
