Closer to your cruise departure date, our friendly reservations team will send you an email with more details and a Pre-Cruise registration form which will need to be completed and sent back to us at least 14 days prior to your cruise departure date.
You can always beat us to it and download it from here to send it earlier if you wish.

It's always hard to buy gifts for special celebrations that are being celebrated while you are overseas. Check-in time: Our check-in counter opens from 7:30am, 7 days per week. Check-in for all Blue Lagoon Cruises closes 30 minutes prior to the scheduled vessel departure time. Please check your confirmation advice for your cruise departure time.

Should you have any special dietary requirements or allergies please do specify this to our reservations team as soon as possible. If you have any disabilities or allergies that require you to carry an epi-pen or other medical assisted devices, we do ask you to advise us at least 14 days prior to your cruise departure.

A complimentary seat-in-vehicle transfer to Port Denarau is available from most Nadi/Denarau and Wailoaloa hotels as well as Nadi International and Domestic Airports on the day of your cruise departure. Don’t forget to tell us which hotel you are staying at or flight details (if arriving the same day as cruise departure), not to worry if you have not advised us at the time of booking you can send your email request to our reservations team at least 14 days prior to your cruise date – email@example.com
Private transfers and/or a post-cruise transfer can also be arranged at an additional charge – please enquire about current rates with our team.

Moments at Malamala
Our 3- and 7-night cruises do not depart Denarau until mid-afternoon, so if you are joining us on either of these two departures and you are keen to get the party started early, why not join us for a day at the world’s “first Island beach club” by booking our Moments at Malamala Beach Club package. Check-in early, leave your luggage with us (you’ll find it in your cabin when we pick you up on the way), and take a day bag with your camera, bathers, and sunscreen (we will supply your beach towels). It is important that you are aware of the current travel and entry requirements before coming to Fiji. We recommend you review the latest information from both the Fijian Government & Blue Lagoon Cruises (click here) to ensure you have the required documentation/vaccinations. We also recommend that you familiarize yourself with the re-entry requirements for your country of origin (including any country(s) you may be transiting through).
